We left Yellowstone on 10/19 and have had a long road trip. With the Honda Civic packed to the max, 2 dogs, and Tony & I, we have covered a good amount of territory. After a hotel in South Dakota, another hotel in Missouri, and a wonderful night in TN with our friends Chrissy and Becka, we arrived in Virginia. We spent a week visiting Tony’s family and friends and enjoying some fall colors, then off to South Carolina for a few nights to visit Tony’s mom. This was a perfect time to relax and enjoy some family time. I even made time to carve pumpkin for Halloween using a dremel tool (first time for everyting!). I cannot even describe to you the amount of food that we have eaten since leaving Wyoming. Did I mention the “southern hospitality” and southern food that began in TN and continued for the next 10 days on this trip? I still am not sure how many biscuits and butter have really been consumed. We should be arriving in TX very shortly and are looking forward to seeing more family and friends!
